Quality Assurance / Quality Control

The Harker Group, LLC.’s quality assurance and quality control inspection programs meet or exceed industry standards, are certified to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ (ASME) code and the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), and include the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturer’s Association (TEMA) standard, as well as other codes and standards.

Testing capabilities include hydrostatic, pneumatic, as well as many different non-destructive testing methods that are American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) compliant.  Testing can also be custom designed to meet individual project specifications.

The Harker Group, LLC. holds the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) “U” and “S”, and the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI, NBBPVI) “R” and “NB” certificates of authorization.
